To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager. As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of SEA Water™’s innovative water treatment systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering sustainable solutions and driving positive environmental impact.
What will you do?
- Lead water production, remote monitoring, and quality assurance for the water treatment process, converting seawater into high-quality drinking water.
- Troubleshoot and maintain operations onsite, including disinfection, filter changes, backwash, and system performance optimization.
- Research and development (R&D) to enhance the workflow and design for the SEA Water™ treatment systems.
- Contribute to feasibility studies for international clients, including onsite location analysis, supplier selection overview, and feed water quality tests.
- Analyze technical data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop initiatives that add value to the technical setup.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management, collaborating with technical partners on the implementation of (new) products and solutions.
What are we looking for?
- A completed technical degree in a relevant field, such as sustainable technologies, industrial engineering, water management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in water treatment processes and/or solar installations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Sustainability-minded with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment and are comfortable with changes and ambiguity.
