SEA X Jitske Wildschut – sessions full of reflection, connection, and revision

Last week, our team spent two days with coach and facilitator Jitske Wildschut

Jitske helps individuals and teams understand how experience, context, and history shape the way we live, work, lead, and connect. In one-on-ones, each team member dug into their own story: what drives them, where their strengths lie, and what potential they're actually sitting on. The group session zoomed out: how do our different communication styles and personalities fit together? Where's the friction? And how do we work with it instead of around it?

Through dialogue, meditation, and creative exercises, Jitske created space for real honesty and connection. We walked away energized, more aligned, and ready to keep growing while staying true to our core.
